By warring factions of Muslims?

How could we possibly stop such a thing, we know how crazy those Muslims are, they won't stop until most of the other side is killed off, because they are just nuts like that. How can we possibly intervene with people who havn't yet caught up with the 21st century? Each individual's entire psyche needs to change, how can we possibly do that?

Hmmm. So you KNOW how crazy those Muslims are. Well done for your depth of understanding. What would you call a Christian that stuck a stick in a beehive and started the uproar (and got stung along the way). Smart? That's what I thought.

I've got news for you. The war is about economic benefits, i.e.petrolium, which, you know, was why the US started the war in the first place. Just look at the profit rates of petrolium giants. Hmmm. I'm not a Muslim, but I still feel kinda unstable. Crazy, ha!

I do not think that it should be called a civil war...There are too many thingks going on for the definition I believe. The problem is that we need to get all the troops out of there and let the Iraqis take care of thier own country.

Bush does not want it called a civil war...because if it is labeled that...it means the U.S. had lost its war over there. Does it make sense to lose as many people fighting over there, that was lost during 9-11? Isn't that kinda stupid? BTW...that war over there is illegal. That's why Bush should be tried for treason and he should be impeached and removed from office. He took an oath to uphold the Constitution.....and he broke that oath. How on earth can people still support him? Never mind...I know.

well i think that we start with the children that is the next generation after all . if they grow up seeing that there are ppl there that are willing to help teach them another way of life then I would think that is where it starts . These children are growing up to see that there government is wrong and that their way of thinking needs to be changed . But at the same time why is it called civil war because nobody is dropping bombs that is where the term civil comes from . good luck and god bless and happy holidays.

I agree that labels are a waste of time.

Unfortunately, dozens of Americans are killed every day also.

We have to wipe out the murderous ideology that causes the attacks. We did it in Germany and Japan, and we can do it here. If we have the will to prevail.

It matters if it is a civil war because it affects the diplomacy efforts needed to end it.

NBC is already calling it a civil war, and the NY Times is also, in certain cases.
