Well, it seems that there is one area where women excel, and men fail: having children. In general, however, women have brains that are wired for communication, and for multi-tasking. Men focus on one thing and on doing it well. These are, admittedly, the norm, but there are many exceptions on both sides.
Now, if you want to find someone who can multi-task well and communicate well, you probably want a woman--who will also be able to do a variety of things well which men generally don't enjoy so much.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a specialist in a particular field, e.g. the most expert, you probably will find a man. For example, while many women have good language and culinary skills, the best translator will likely be a man, and the best cook (chef) as well.
Looking at women pilots and men pilots, studies have shown that men usually make mistakes out of carelessness, while women make mistakes in judgment. You won't be able to convince me as to which is better--both can be fatal! Perhaps every airline should insist on having one of each in every cockpit. (But then, would the woman listen to the man's judgment, and would the man be kept awake by the woman? Tough to tell.)
As for which is superior? You are comparing apples and oranges.

Women are definitely superior. When it really comes down to it they let the men think that men are superior but every man knows women are really in control. Maybe? Depends on the standards of judgement.
Its pretty much equal though.

what a question! no men are not superior to women.. but if you want to break it down there are parts of a man that are and parts of a women that are superior. a mans physical strength is superior but a women's inner strength is superior, etc.

LMAO. Most men may be physically stronger than women and dominate many professions, but that's all changing. Thanks to technology and careful manipulation women are slowly taking their rightful place, above men. Women are better leaders as they have more compassion and a better understanding of what others suffer. We do even need to address the birthing issue. Old stereotypes of Betty Crocker in the kitchen are going to be replaced with Bob Crocker. You just wait.

to some degree yes. i feel that my dad and my husband are far superior in taking care of mechanical things. i'm sure i could figure it out eventually, but why when i have them!
