I have this vision, idea and no direction to go. I am not a colledge grad. My vision is real, it is magnificent, How do I get started, does anyone, any foundations, except ideas from the general public, if so who?

You have to have the money to invest in it at the risk of not getting it back. But if it worked out it could make you wealthy.
To draw investors you'd have to do it on a small scale and show it's profitable then they would help.

First, you find funding for a billion dollar enterprise. Second, you convince all the voters in the area that your brilliant idea is worth the time, expense, and inconvenience. Third, you watch as the smart voters shoot you down.
