what are extremely early signs of pregnancy?

Are there any extremely early signs like within the first week or less?

I was very tired and couldn't get rid of a cold, like I was being drained of all my resistance and energy. went to the docs and found out it was the baby taking everything. I hadn't missed a period yet. I was only 3 weeks along, but was having these symptoms for two weeks before going to docs. So not sure if one week or less will do anything. I am sure a blood test can tell though. Urine test may be too early. Make a doc appointment

I dont think that you will have signs as early as the first week in the first week you are not even really pregnant yet the egg is just traveling to implant. The earliest you could feel symptoms is 10 days past ovulation and it will just be cramps there is a great website where people share thier symptoms and that is, Twoweekwait.com

Every woman's body is different and each experience can vary.I have three babies and each pregnancy was unique in it's own way.But we also know our own bodies and if you suspect you are pregnant then the best thing to do is have a blood test.It is more accurate than anything over the counter and you can usually find out right away.And if your worried about privacy don't be.Know one can give your info. without your consent.

It varies from woman to woman -- Some may get symptoms at just 2 weeks altho at that point may just seem like pms symptoms -- They are very similar

before I found out I was pregnant-I went to the dr because I was extremely tired,also my breast were very sore

they are the same as pms symptoms.
