use body language is the best way.. n quickly learn their language coz most of the japanese do not speak English(or other language)~~~

Learn the language and you may find the friendship there.
You may teach Indian language or English to some one and it can lead to a friendship any way.
You can run in to some one that speak some common language.
You do not make friends, it happens and it develops.
You can make friend anywhere the same way, Japan is not different say hello.
Take it from there. It is a very structured society, so it is not easy to do.

You can use Yahoo Messenger to chat with any Japanese in English. With then help of him/her you can connect with other Japan Guys.

I'm sure they know simple & basic english. At the same time, you need to learn some japanese too. Maybe you can help them with their english and they can help you with your japanese.

Well it will really be difficult.........u cant directly befrnd d japaneses dis way...u gota find sm indian living over there and via him u cn get to knw d native people....!!!!!!
