There is a product called OUT. It comes in a pink and white spray bottle. You can buy it at WAL-MART. It really works. You can find it in the pet section by the cat flea spray.

I would suggest that you remove all of your items from the garage and bleach the floor with diluted bleach (mix with mater). That should take care of the smell if it is coming from the floor.

I would then contact your neighbors and ask if they are willing to help you with the cost of having your outdoor furniture professionally cleaned. If not, your best bet would be to use scrub everything with a mild soap and water. After it dries, Febreeze everything. You can also use a gallon of water and add 1/4 cup of bleach and then wipe down the furniture that is wood, plastic, or metal to remove the urine from those items.

Since pet urine is so "potent", may take more than one washing...
Good Luck!

Oh man, I don't know if you can, other than try to scrub with hot soapy water.
I played foster parent to a neutered male cat once. In one day he sprayed my entire living room. I had to throw out the coffee table and a cheap couch that I had. That smell is a powerful one and VERY hard to get out.
I'd also find out if there is a leash law in your area. This law also includes cats, not just dogs. If there is such a law, then you have some leverage on your neighbors in keeping cats off your property.
Personally, I can't stand cats. I'm more of a Labrador Retriever kind of guy myself.

i might want to point that you eliminate all of your products from the storage and bleach the floor with diluted bleach (blend with mater). that would want to need to guard the smell inspite of if that is coming from the floor. i might want to then contact your friends and ask in the journey that they are prepared that would truly help you with the fee of having your outdoor fixtures professionally wiped clean. If now no longer, your best wager might want to correctly be to practice scrub each and every little ingredient with a smooth cleansing cleansing soap and water. After it dries, Febreeze each and every little ingredient. you are able to also use a gallon of water and upload a million/4 cup of bleach and then wipe down the fixtures it truly is timber, plastic, or metal to eliminate the urine from those issues. by way of very actuality domestic dog urine is so "efficient", might want to take better ideal than one washing... sturdy fulfillment!

Buy or borrow a black light. You can find biological stains that way. It needs to be super dark in there to use it, but it works. Once you find the stains, soak them with Nature's Miracle for Cats and let them dry.

That stuff is WICKED hard to clean and get rid of!

I'd say go to your neighbor and insist THEY either find a way or pay to clean it themselves!
