Netiquette is things like NEVER TYPE IN ALL CAPS IT IS VERY ANNOYING AND IT MEANS YOU ARE SHOUTING!!!!!!!. cybersafety means not to buy online from sites that dont have the little padlock in the lower right of the screen, or giving out personal information.
