The only thing that I have ever found to work is the breath right strips. They work really well. When I use to go on vacation with my family I would always share one of the rooms with someone in my family that snored profusly. I suggested that he wear the breath right strip and I never heard a peep out of him.. Good Luck!!!

Why is he snoring first of all. Is he overweight, a smoker, drink in the evenings, asthmatic? If snoring is caused by something that he can control or cut out, then he should do that. Snoring is reflective of congested airways, so its not just a bad sound, its a problem that he needs to address. I'm a light sleeper too. I wear earplugs to bed. Husband can snore, listen to music or whatever, and I can't hear it. They may help.

Snoring can be a sign of more serious problems, such as sleep apnea. If he is overweight, he should lose some weight and sleep with his upper half elevated. This wasnt one of the doctor recommended cures but my mom used to slap my dads face when he would snore, and then stop breathing in his sleep...Does he drink a lot? That could be why he snores too...sometimes people just snore, I invested in some earplugs. If the snoring is unusually loud or he has moments in his sleep where he stops breathing, he should see a doctor about it...

Surgery for a deviated nasal septum. I used to snore very loud. Now I don't snore at all. My daughter snored very loud until she had her tonsils removed. It could be a medical problem.

Sometimes it's a medical condition that can't be fixed. I've gone to the doctor for my snoring, but there's nothing they can do. If you love him, you'll learn to ignore it, just like my husband ignores me, and I've learned to ignore the fan he has to have on high every night in order for him to sleep.

Sleep in separate beds if possible. I sleep in a separate bed. I have been married to the same person for 20 years and we have great sex and a great marriage. I snore, so we sleep separately and both sleep well which enables us to have a great marriage.

There is a sort of sticker thingy that you put on the end of your nose, and it helps you breathe while you're sleeping.
P.S. if that dosent work, just put corks in his nose when he snores. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.....
