Well that would depend entirely on what the temptation is. Sometimes it's in your best interest to resist even when it feels good.

just like someone stated - it depends on what the temptation is - for example if it is for drinking and driving or doing drugs or stealing, then no, it is not useless to resist..so it depends

no not at all, some temptation is harmful to you or your body...like drugs or alcohol, therefore you should resist it
