I feel that it is ok for a 23 year old guy to be a virgin. Some people in the world still have morals that keep them from having sex without marriage or commitment, I myself am not one of them haha, but I do applaud all that do! He just hasn't met the right person yet, he is still young....

it's perfectly normal for a 23 year old guy to be a virgin. That means that he has more important things in life than to be worried about sex. And when he does decide to have the experience of sex..............it's gonna be one of the best experience he'll have in life, all because he savored the moment.
