At those Temps there is no best way. Quickly, and a good strong cup of coffee and a nagging wife might help you want to reach the door faster.

Try setting two really annoying alarms (or even three). One at 5:20 and another at 5:30. That way you can drift back to sleep once. Put the 5:30 alarm on the other side of the room so you HAVE to get up to turn it off. Also, there's a camping trick that you could use. If your clothes don't have to be nice, then you can stuff them under your blanket the night before. The best spot is down by your toes. That way, in the morning your clothes will be warm from your body heat and you can get changed without leaving your bed.

I jump out of bed, go directly to the bathroom, turn on the little heater , close the door and jump back into bed for 15 or 20 minutes while the heater warms the bathroom. Then I have a nice hot shower, get dressed and am ready for the day.

I live where it's very cold like that too and the easiest way for me to get up is to wrap up in my warm blanket that I have been covered up with, rush to the bathroom, turn the little electric heater on, start the shower and jump in as soon as it's hot. It still isn't as good as just staying in bed until winter is over but I haven't figured out how to get away with that one yet.....Hope you have a wonderful, blessed, warm day!!

Well I have a crazy idea.......DONT get out of bed. Or if you must, then have your warm slippers and robe ready, also make sure you have something hot to drink to warm you up. :)
