Flavored man made creamers are EVIL. surely, all man made creamers are evil. For espresso, i pick to apply lactose free milk and no sugar. The enzymes that ruin down the lactose contained in the milk go away some glucose in the back of truly, making your milk purely truly sweet with out including a unmarried calorie.

I tried all the fancy flavored coffees and they were ok, just not doing the trick for me. My fave cup of coffee is regular roast folgers with Coffee Mate Creamy Chocolate Creamer.
