no it is not , they do not have enough colors to compliment skin tones

well actually i find that especially in the winter, my skin gets very dry, so i don't put my sheer cover foundation on anymore, because it makes it even more dry, but the eye shadow and cover sticks are great!

It can be, if you want light coverage.

I'd recommend MAC's Select Tint. It has an SPF 15 built in as an added bonus.
