The video card is hardware and can not be deleted. You probably deleted the drivers. Go to my computer and right click. go to manage, then go to device manager. Look and see if anything on the right side of the panel has a yellow question mark. If so, right click and go to properties. At the top, select the drivers tap the update drivers. This should fix your problem.
