I have been told by another player in one of the leagues i'm in that it is possible to have another manager replace the inactive one. You must contact yahoo fantasy sports to do it though. As the commish you can only do it until the season starts. You have to find a replacement for the inactive manager, If you need someone drop me an e-mail, I've got a couple spots open. good luck to ya.
