1. Get top b school professor in the board of yr company
2. Contact outsourcing agents/middlemen/consuktants in the USA/EU.
3. Contact big outsourcing companies in the USA/EU to in turn outsource to you
4. Get a space/infrstructre for office in India
5. Get connectivties right, technology etc.
6. Last but not the least, focus on which outsourcing biz u wanna get into.
