yeah, I think so. what a person believes in most often determines his actions and behaviour. So, yeah. I guess.

No, it's clearly false. Suppose you were insane, and you believed that you could fly. It doesn't follow that you could actually fly. Even if you were sane, believing something doesn't necessarily mean that you will do it. Suppose two people are running for president, and both believe that they will win - they can't both win, so at least one of them is believing something that won't come true.

But of course, positive thinking is important, and confidence can help people achieve their goals.

Yes. That's why positive thinking is so important. What you believe becomes your reality. If you expect the positive or the negative, that's what you get. The mind is so powerful. It creates your reality.
