First of all I feel sorry for you, I have to do the smae sh*t for my boss. P.P. actually refers to per procurationem (by agency), a Latin phrase meaning that you are signing the letter on somebody else's behalf. It is just so that the person recieving the letter know that Mr. A**hole didn't sign it his beautiful seceretary signed it for him.
