Unfortunately I know what you are talking about (no seriously). I have felt that way for a long time now and sometimes still do. The worst thing to do is to think negatively. Things happen coincidently for whatever reason, but if you keep thinking you have bad luck anything that goes wrong will prove your theory right.

Take things day by day and do not rush anything. It is harder than it sounds, trust me. I would also keep a journal if you do not already to log in those things that you feel you are being blamed for. Keeping events logged will help you not to do the same thing again (if that is the case). I hope I have helped you out. If you need further advice or just someone to talk to please email me. I would like to hear what you have to say.

Good Luck!

I don't know you so I can't and won't go pointing fingers at you. But, that being said, you may want to examine things from another the perspective of the others involved. In other words, are you a truly innocent victim here? Is there a chance that others are viewing you as the instigator of you troubles? As a possible solution, ask all parties involved if they would be willing to sit with you and tell you what they think you should know.

The answer is in your question. You can quit blaming others,No matter how real or true it my appear.Tell your self a million times if neccessary, until you really believe it,that you are the most blessed (lucky) person in the world. Tell yourself "I offer all my actions to God and God makes all my actions bear bountiful good fruit. What you have discribed is but the nature of the brain if you don't keep it occupied all the time with good creative thoughts then it turns and destroys all that it has created. I thank you for a very good question,it has helped me greatly for i have seen in mind this truth for years, now it goes to my heart, into my being.

I know what you are talking about, well I feel like life is turn upside down... I questions everything in my life that is wrong but all I can say now is to Persevere and try to avoid any trouble... Lay low! but keep on moving because the world does not stop for you or I.

Try to pay attention to detail in the things you attend to, try to tackle one task or problem at a time to get the job done to the best of your abilities. If you can take care of all the little things successfully one at a time the big picture will look a whole better as you make progress.

Good Luck

My guess is that you defeat yourself before you begin.

When you start something (a job, a project, a relationship, whatever) do you automatically think "Why am I bothering? It'll never work."

Well, of course it won't if you keep telling yourself it won't. So you have to tell yourself it WILL work.

I know, I know, easier said than done. Try this: when you start something, instead of thinking "what's the point" try thinking "Let's see how well I can do."

Sure, maybe it still won't work out, but if you KEEP telling yourself "Maybe this time," eventually you WILL succeed.

It is true that there is such thing as bad luck. But there are only two possible reasons for you to be blamed when things go wrong. Either you were directly or indirectly at fault. OR, if you are totally innocent but still being blamed , the people who blamed you were mentally disorientated. As such, you don't have to feel guilty or bad.

Pray and expect the good. It is easy to say "expect the good" not as easy to do. The study of metaphysics will help. Also, Unity Church, which instead of pointing the negative in people, situations and life in general they emphasize the good, positive, and beauty in everything and everyone.
It is hard to switch from negative to positive, it is like AA for your mind, but little by little you can change.
