I believe it is already well known by everyone including Bliar but it does not seem to deter him, he wants to be President of the EU next.

political chaos... My opinion.. if you can do a better job, then run for that position!... as for Tony Blair. Maybe you didn't pay attention in Government Class... He has to go through the Parliament to get things done. Their Government is ran totally differently than ours, and I think that I would actually like our House and Senate to make all the decisions, whether it be Republican or Democratic majority.
