The Iraqi Prime Minister is playing the go between.
Between the US and Iran
I watched a news program last night that is following this very closely and they say the US is preparing for talks with Iran and Syria to form an allegiance to solve the Iraq situation.
As wild as that sounds it appears to be the only diplomatic solution

Define a civil war. Now look what is happening in Iraq. Insurgance from outside the country is comming into the country to attack the people. That does not fit a "Civil War". More than 80% of the enemy caught or killed is from the surrounding countries, not Iraq.
Most people here have not been there and the media refuses to tell the truth, so i don't expect people to know that. You can't have a Civil War when it's not Iraq that is killing Iraqi civilians...

Bush is doing the Texas two step.....as usual.
He should have met with the leaders of all the middle east nations long befor now.
He should have listened to the advise of US military leaders.
Why debate if there is a civil war in Iraq? Let's agree it's a total disaster and demand that our gov't works with leaders globally.
There are so many issues to deal with there, now more than ever. It is in every ones best interest to come together to work toward some solutions.

That is a good question! Iraq is moving towards an all out civil war with no good options in sight.
Most of the Iraqis want to see the US out of Iraq and Bush is largely responsible for this invasion that is not going too well these days.
I wonder what is going to come out of the meeting as well. Stay tuned.

Its not about safety. It wasn't safe in Baghdad 2 years ago and its not safe now.
Bush is going to Jordan to ask King Abdullah, an Arab, to mediate between fellow Arab groups of Shia and Sunni in Iraq.
This is a good move on the president's part, knowing that most Arabs only respect the words of other Arabs.

Oh no didnt you see The Daily Show last night? It now has the Matt Lauer stamp of approval for civil war/
Seriously though I only watch that show for comedy not news, it has been a civil war for along time, I dont know what else to call one group of people fighting to kill another group of people who both occupy the same land.

You better ask Mr. Bush himself. I believe is not an easy task to do, but he is the most qualified person to answer you, it is about him you asking after all. :) Do not take it very seriously! :)
