I can get it in but sometimes if Im not totally dry I cant push the applicator part in. This is very frustrating. Anyone else experience this? And is there a tampon that wont do this?

I use Tampax (cardboard)

That sometimes happens w/ the cardboard ones. Try the ones w/ plastic applicators. Should go easier.

You could try KY Jelly or some other lube. Just a tiny bit on the end of the tampon. I've had this problem with cardboard and plastic applicators.

OBs are the best! Ugh, stop using plain Tampax!! They're horrible! I agree that plastic-applicator ones are easiest to insert, but how much plastic are you wasting doing that? OB tampons absorb the best and are easy to insert. Try KY jelly or another lube just on the tip of the tampon if you can't get it to go in.

Cardboard is the problem. Try using Pearl, OB, or Playtex. All of them have the plastic applicator which slides in easier. Good luck!

If you are a virgin, you might forgo the use of tampons until you lose your virginity. Otherwise, you can always dab a bit of vaseline on the tip of the tampon to help with insertion. Plastic applicators might be easier for you than cardboard.

Try the plastic applicators

Why not try ,I think they are called lillets, they don't have the uncomfortable applicator at all, you just use your finger, and if you think about it, you finger is a lot softer than cardboard or plastic!!!
Just make sure you wash hands before and after of course, and you will be fine.

DON"T USE CARDBOARD!!!!!! Use plastic or the pearl kind, it'll slide right in, I hate cardboard, it almost hurts!
