and she disapeared, she moved abroad or can't be found, maybe dead or hidding. Is it possible to get a divorce from her ?

Well, if she goes missing, you can have here declared legally dead in seven years and you become a widow.
If she just splits, you can get a divorce in abstentia, but you would need to contact a lawyer about that

I believe so after a period of time there is some sort of abandonment law i think, why dont you check with a lawyer to get the specifics.

Yeah sure you can. You just need to show that you have tried to contact her and file papers but she can't be located and that you have sent documents to her address, Your lawyer will file document to prove can't locate and you can go ahead and divorce.
