Keep an eye on the Top Toys for Christmas page at Alex's Coupons:
http://www.alexscoupons.com/top-toys-christmas-2006.html
They're tracking when the Wii, PS3 and a bunch of other toys are available. Yesterday both Walmart and ToysRUs had Wii bundles in-stock for about an hour. Right now (11:36pm PST 11/29/06) only one of the stores they're tracking have it in-stock:
Wii w/ Wii Sports in-stock at YesAsia for $499.00
Not a great price but at least they have it. Hope this helps...

Talk to a local toy store, tell a employee you'll kick him or her back $25 -30 bucks that next time they come in to set one a side for you. I would if i worked at a toy store

Walmart.com has the bundles in stock...they are pricey, but you might be able to resell any games that you don't want.

If that link doesn't work, just go to walmart.com and click on the nintendo wii hardware link from the video games section.

Well, if you're looking online, that's as good as it'll get: eBay. But consider local gamestops, software ects, toys'r'us and even walmart. Of course, you may have to call around a lot, but you'll find one eventually, or you can wait until it restocks.

Well, then, you'll have to wait for more to come in, won't you? Jesus Christ, the things sold out in about a minute, you're NOT going to get one any time soon.
