I don't know, but I am now very curious as to where this question comes from. I mean, why those particular angles? And what angles are they anyway? Right ascension expressed in degrees instead of hours? Celestial latitude? And why the extreme precision, specified to within 1/10,000 of an arc second?

Anyway, here is a good web site for showing the sky at any time you like. Now all you have to do is try different times until that alignment appears. What a chore!
