Sperm can survive for a week, so technically speaking it is possible to fall pregnant if you have sex prior to, or during a period.
That said, however, the fact that she has had a heavy bleed since would suggest that she isn't pregnant. It is most likely the medication she is taking that has upset her cycle but other causes for absent periods include, stress, malnutrition, sudden weight gain/loss, excessive exercise, hormonal imbalance and vaginal infection.
I have to ask though, why would you even consider having any form of unprotected intercourse?! Aside from the risk of infections and STD's you are really pushing your luck where pregnancy is concerned. You say that you didn't ejaculate, but pre-come is just as potent!
My advice? Stop fooling around and taking unnecessary risks! If you are going to have sex and are not ready for the consequences of disease/unwanted pregnancy, then please PLEASE be sensible and take adequate contraceptive precautions - do this and you won't have to worry about the "what if's" after each sexual encounter.
There are so many contraceptives on the market these days there really is no excuse for ignorance. Equip yourself with the right tools for the job!

No don't worry, many things can cause a woman's period to be late, including medication, stress, excessive exercise and lots others. Sounds like she might even have a hard time getting pregnant if she wanted to because her cycle isn't regular (This doesn't mean she cant get pregnant) but woman are fertile 12-14 days after the first day of their cycle (also known as the first day of their period.) But if you are this concerned do another urine test. Blood tests are more accurate at an early stage, but after 21 days a urine test will show you for sure.
I say Don't worry

Nothing is for sure meaning, you cannot get pregnant the day before your period. Usually when you have sex and don't ejaculate the chance of pregnancy is slim but, there is such a thing called pre-***. You should be using condoms to ensure of that problem. It doesn't sound like she is pregnant especially if the pg test came back negative but, worrying can delay her period and some antibiotics can also delay it. Try not to worry and remember how panicked you are feeling right now and remember that the next time that you want to have unprotected sex with your girlfriend. Please take it easy and be very careful. Good luck to the two of you.

Well whenever you do have unprotected sex, then you should be worried that she is pregnant. I would suggest going to get a blood test somewhere, because I have heard that those tell the best. Yes if you take a urine test too early, it won't register if you are pregnat or not. And also yes it could be that she didnt start her period because of stress. I know that when I get stressed I tend not to get my peroid. But if you guys are really worried, go and get a blood pregnancy test.
Good luck

Relax, I don't think she's pregnant. Antibiotics & stress can delay a period, and if her period is not on a normal time clock anyways, than that makes everything seem less out of place. Plus she had a neg pregnancy test at least 6 wks after your intercourse situation & has had periods since then - no, she's not preg. Always you a condom before your thing gets near her, then you won't have these worries.
