What's wrong with a pac a mac? I think pac a macs are only wrong if you are very young, when you hit 25 you are morte likely to be looked on as an individual and so wearing a pac a mac would be cookie....

You can get plastic ponchos, often seen at amusement parks, concerts and outings, sold for a few pound, many wear them to protect themselves from getting wet.
What bothers me the most they are always supplied in bright yellow. It would not be so bad if they were black or clear.
However, great for Camping or going on safari in Africa. Its small, less bulky and yes! Africa do have rain.

Only in a bad storm when the rain was coming down in sheets. It would have to be a borrowed one as I will never buy one myself.

Only in a torrential downpour in the middle of a field in the middle of nowhere so there would be no risk of bumping into anyone - at all.
