Yes they should, so they can learn to understand other people's cultures and ways. That's the way to stop misunderstandings.

i do love to learn different sultures and traditions from all over the world..... i love to learn new language as well...

YES, EVERYONE SHOULD. IT SHOULD BE TAUGHT IN SCHOOL. IT IS VERY INTERESTING TO KNOW ABOUT OTHER CULTURES AND CUSTOMS. MOST PEOPLE ARE STUCK IN A RUT AND DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT THEIR OWN CULTURE AND CUSTOMS.
