I used to look up how to learn little tricks lik epen spinning and htings online. Spend bored time making a workout routine maybe or streatch and ranomly decide to becoem flexible. I try to aim my bordom into something healthy for me.

ummm...when i'm bored i watch tv, put a movie on, play cards with my sister, write letters to friends, go online, chat to people and answer questions, help mum with the housework, listen to music, dance, eat!!! damn life is so boring,lol..

If I'm at work, I get on Answers. If I'm at home, there's always something to do, so boredom isn't really too much of a problem.
