After my initial shock, I would probably say, 'oh man - did you see that'? Then I would probably duck behind something thinking that somebody or something was exploding people’s heads out here on the sidewalk. I don't own a phone, but I would, stupidly, ask the person if they needed some help.

I would jump (I don't like explosions), say, "Holy crap!" Stare at the person in wonder... then I would call 911.
