Be concise and straight-to-the-point; mention only the main points; avoid putting in anything superfluous (i.e. things that won't make any difference to what you're saying if you leave them out),
and don't try to make your summary too long.

there are many ways in summarizing....
but what i am doing which i can suggest to you is this:
first....outline the topic you want to summarize
then... outline the subtopic...
finally put one sentence per topic and subtopic....
combine it all....
