I'm not a great fan of Fox News Channel. But I have a problem with your (or lying). Lying is when you know something is not true and say it is. Wrong or making untrue statements is not lying UNLESS you know the statement is not true before hand. It may be an opinion that is incorrect.

Was Nancy Pelosi's statement about making this Congress the most open and honest a lie? After all her first decision was to try and get Murtha and Hastings installed as power brokers. At best their reputation for openness and honesty comes with some serious tarnish. And that casts considerable doubt on the credibility of her open and honest statement.

But I'm not going to call Nancy a liar. I may question her logic and judgment considering her stated goal. But I'm not going to even insinuate she lied.

I'm guessing this was asked by a liberal! Did you ever consider the fact that every other media organization besides Fox is liberal? That's why the predominate opinion in this country about the war is one similiar to yours. Another thing.........don't believe everything the media says.........they (like any other large corprate entity in this country) have an agenda. Open your mind and your eyes and listen to other opinions (consertive as well as liberal) and then deceide for yourself.

You may think fox is wrong, and others may think cnn is wrong. Regardless, each has its right to report the news as they see fit. I personally watch both. Somewhere in between the two, is the truth. I like to think as one as the democrats and one as the republicans. Both are always swinging mud. To have a news channel that was completely unbiased would be great, but who would watch it? People like to have their opinions validated, they want to hear what they think they already know, not what is true.

There is good work being done in Iraq, the rest of the media just chooses to not to report it.

To answer your question, they will admit no such thing because there is no reason to.

Well, since that's a matter of opinion, then I think it's fair to say that they will admit they are wrong about the same time you do.
