"You are as old as you feel" or as a friend of mine once said, "You are as old as the woman you feel".......but I think that theory only comes into effect once you hit 40, so no worries.

I just read a news report on how ten-year-olds are the new 15-year-olds, in effect, because kids are growing up faster.

So, does this mean that we grow up fast and then at some point, we regress back into childhood????

30 is the new 20 genius. So...you are just your own age for now. When you turn 30 is when you start turning the time back.
