I don't know. I'd say Glasgow is safer even though people think Glasgow has a bad reputation about religion, sectarainism etc. There are a few bad places in Glasgow but I'm sure Liverpool has its areas too. I was born in Glasgow so I would naturally go with Glasgow.

haha clayton is quite lots the squarest and ritzy place to stay or stay, and on the area of the city. I stay interior the city, it has this is areas, mutually with east and north. I stay interior the critical west end that's quite lots risk-free and sq., yet in basic terms 3 blocks from me could be an rather frightening place for somebody to ask your self into. St Louis is an rather segergated city, whcih makes me unhappy. Brentwood is somewhat Clayton. East and North st louis scares the bejesus out of me.

I like both places too. From my experience, I find them equal as far as safety is concerned. In both cities there are places where you can go safely and those where you can't. Stick to the safe places and you will have a ball in both cities. The people are fab.

both are fine with a local guide, i could take you to any british town or city and bring you down the wrong road, at the wrong time, and drink in the wrong pub.
