I feel he really is very remorseful, in having done what he has done, keeping a peice of ammunition. And the Law has shown to the ordinary Citizen of India, that No Body, and No body is excepted from the law. Good show, keep it up, But I feel it is time to call it okay Drop the curtains, and let him go. Want to feel the pulse of the country?

I totally agree with you, since it is clear that he had it to save his family from the threatening calls which said that they will kill his family and rape his sister. But still what Mr. Gopinath Munde said is he agreed with the court but what he disagreed is he had underworld links that is why he got the weapons, there were many murders and rapes during riotes why others didn't get the weapons.

Enough is enough.Considering the turmoils in the earlier stages of his life,he has turned from misguided youth to a mature person.moreover the earlier accusations by the prosecution has been diluted by the recent findings of the court.So considering the crores of rupees involved in his profession and the employment of thousands of people and accepting the defence that the arms were procured for self defence ,special clemency may be granted

Absolutely not. Law is the same for everybody and nobody should be an exception. He did worng and now he should learn that the hard way.

Besides punishments are handed out based on the law one breaks and not on the basis of public opinion poll.

i belv he shld b left out...coz he has sufrd a lot...frm 93 til 2006 its too long...if he was/is guilty dn y didnt law n order came into pic den....waitin for d verdict til 06 mit have been painful...he mit hav aslo spnt sleepless nights...wht i belv is law is made so dht people realise der mistake n shldnt repeat it..v shldnt make dem criminals..its just v need 2 giv dem a tickle so dht dey r bac on d rite track ...v shldnt force dem 2 follow wrng path...decision shld b made in coupl of mnths...nt in so many yrs....

BE IT SANJAY DUTT OR SANJAY UNCLE FROM THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

SUCH PEOPLE SHOULD TREATED SAME & SHOULD BE PUNISHED ALSO....
