A whole is the totality of one kind..... it has no connection with limits .... even infinite can be described as a whole.... the boundary is drawn by another kind which in turn could be finite or infinite. Infinite does not mean as though there were to be nothing else.
PS: Wonder why you do not earn your 3 points back on a question by choosing a Best answer!! Fine, that is your choice, but should you not at least thank those who bother to answer your tricky questions?

Methinks a whole is finite, if you consider that some whole part of something has boundaries that are perceived by the senses.
It is infinite if you consider that you can either continue mapping it forever, or dividing it forever, or admitting that it can neither be created or destroyed, unless of course you flush out E = mc ^2

Whole is infinite.
Unless you have already done so, read "Rational Spirituality" available on the Dhaxem website.
It answers questions as yo tend to post, from the perspective of the Universe. Conveyed from the Source only in February 2006, it already is the thinking person's modern bible.
