Hi guys, i'm a Handyman (or not so as the case may be) and i managed to fall down some stairs and break bones in my right hand and my 2 wee toes. As i'm self employed i need to mend them asap. Anyone know the best way to help them heal?

I lift weights as well and wondered if keeping taking my supliment shakes would help? Any feedback would be much obliged.

Cheers
HandyAndy

Take vitamin supplement called shark cartilages, and calcium with magnesium(the magnesium is needed so the bone will absorb the calcium.

not sure. My guess is that you should drink things with calcium to regenerate the affected area, and then go to a time machine and go back before you broke your hand and prevent the breakage, you could also invest in the stock market using your knowledge of the future!!

i dont think theirs much you can do in this case, but just give it the time it needs to heal, i think calcium is suppose to support stronger bones so maybe take calcium vitiamins, probably wont help heal faster but maybe heal back stronger. good luck and happy healing.

i broke my wrist nearly five years ago and it is still failing to heal, resulting in re-brakes apparently due to failing to look after it in first place. first advice see the doc! broke two fingers 6 months ago and found that they healed fast (2weeks) when listened to the doc. taping at night and stretch/ flexing during day. important to keep the muscle and surrounding tissue in good shape. plenty of ointment and massage. good luck! remember one day of rest beats more time off due to unnecessary strain.

The only thing that will heal them fast is time.

Try vitamin B-50, time realesed. My doctor advised it when I fractured my foot-it worked for me.
