Roasted Spaniel?
I am thinking chalots, and some new potatoes....any advise?

If it is a springer spaniel my suggestion would be to stuff it full of spring onions, fresh spring greens and baste it with a dressing of ginger. It should be washed down with pimms whilst its gun toting owner looks on...
