first you should see what is wrong with your marriage and talk to your partner about the problems you have, maybe he/she has no idea you're unhappy in this marriage, try to identify the causes of your unhappiness. maybe you have some contribution to this situation too.
anyway, don't give up without trying to give it a second chance and trying to save it. it's a pity to say goodbye and then feel sorry.

Your vows that you took were for better or worse. The honeymoon maybe over and life has slapped you in the face. The grass is not greener on the other side. Unless he is physical or verbal abuse. Work on your marriage go to a counciler. Things go wrong in life . Work on it.

More details...what makes the marriage bad? Is their lack of respect? Lack of communication, love, intimacy? These are all keys to a succesful marriage.

I had bad times just after marriage.I thought to kill her but feared that I will go to jail for 14 years.So I did not do it.
If I wud have done that day ,at least I cud be free by now.
Our married life has passed 16 years & problem is as it is.
I feel I have not done anything by my own.
Get rid of yr wife ,you can find as per your choice,world is with alot of roses
