try downloading limewire and downloading the episodes...it depends on what kinda shows that you are watching..some are on limewire...

Hi, you can use a content sharing program like Limewire, you can use a free version, or pay for a licence to get the faster more resilient version. this basically searches other content sharers for content they are willing to share. a lot of programs are shared by kind people that convert the content into .avi's after the program has aired (normally 2-3 days after). Some tv web sites allow you to view the program online (streaming content) or download it. it depends on what the program is and who airs it.

Limewire is one place and if it is on NBC or other channels like it, you may be able to watch the show on the website.
