I dont think you can generelise like that, Im a nice guy (I think), Im happily married, have a good family life, good paying job etc so I think life has been kind to me, several of my friends are also in the same position as myself so I would answer no!
PS - Being a nice guy and being a push over are two different concepts!!

Unfortunately, yes. This is a dog eat dog kind of world and if you're too nice, then you will undoubtedly finish last. There's times when you must be relentless.
