First of all what the hell were you thinking. Second there is no reasnoable way to take the juice out. In my oppinion you get a straw smash it so that its flat. Get a device that can be attacked to the straw stick the straw in any part of the i pod make sure the fit is nice then begin with the suction. I assure you there is a 70% chance that you will not get all of the juice out and it will be damaged for life but its worth a try.
Hope the helps ('.') :)

If it's the moisture that is causing a problem, remove all batteries, and place in a warm dry place (i.e. an airing cupboard) it will evaporate all moisture, thus leaving the electronic device functioning properly, if not somewhat sticky! I dunken my mobile in a pint of taboo once whilst fighting a wasp, and this technique worked for me!
