I came home between jobs & found my fiance naked in front of webcam, online and on the phone with another woman. Broke my heart.

I went to visit a patient one day and his brother and I went into his room (he was bed bound) and we found him dead. He most likely had a heart attack and died. Rigor had already set in.
It was sad he had to die alone.
