this guy has been chasing me for years. even when i was in my past serious relationship.(he did know my ex, not friends tho and my ex has moved away) (i was with my ex for 6 years, engaged and had our own place together)
i have only met up with him by chance a few times.we live in different towns and meet up if we happen to be out in the same town.
he says he likes me etc. we have only kissed but he does want to "take things further".
he does ask me about my ex when we are together.ive been single now for 8 months. he also asked if ive been with anyone else since my ex.
how can i tell if he is really interested in me and not just after sex?
he hasnt asked me out on a date. is he just giving me space cause of my ex or is he just waiting for sex?wouldnt he have given up now if he was just after sex?

i dont mean to be blunt but i have had enough trouble with men, if he has shown no interest in u this past while then maybe he dosent like u, as if u were a chase wen u were with sum 1 and now he got u the game is over, or i cud be wrong. at the end of the day i cant make your decision.

Ask him! You'd be amazed at how quickly the relationship will develop, for better or for worse, if you just start talking to each other instead of playing adolescent guessing games. He will react in two basic ways; either he'll respect your openness and warm to you or feel rumbled and run a mile from. Et voila!

I think that he is after you only for sex. He may give up, after his intentions are fulfilled. The reason he is asking whether you have with any other person indicates this. So, better be careful, before having a relationship with him. Think before you act. If you like him, then, it is another matter.

You can easily tell if he is interested in you and not just after sex by going out with him but NOT OFFERING him sex.
His response will tell you all you need to know.
It is NOT conditional, you know!!
