And you never knew that she was boyish till now?
You could either get over your differences or be a huge influence that you would actually cause her to become less boyish. But I guess you would gradually get used to her boyish ways after a while. Especially when you really get to know her. :)

To be a friend means to accept and like the person for all what they are, ofcourse there are alot of things that we dont like about our friends, I bet u have a couple friends that she doesn't like about u too, but it's either u like her and accept her with all her flaws or find urself another friend. There's no point trying to change people's personalities because it simply doesn't work!

Live your own life, and let her live her own life.
You can't expect your friends to live their lives by your standards. This is something you will need to get over before you can start to have any true friends.
By the way, it doesn't sound like you are being a very good friend to her anyway.

Either continue to be her friend and love her for who she is, or choose not to continue being friends because of your feelings towards the way she is. All relationships won't last -- some are for a period and some last a lifetime.

That's just who she is. You just have to accept her or reject her. How would you feel if she doesn't like your girlyness? I don't think this should be an issue in the first place but if it is for you, then break off the friendship.
