Is Vaclav Havel the best leader in post-communist Eastern Europe?

Do you think among those former dissidents, Vaclav Havel is the best leader in post-communist Eastern Europe? Boris Yeltsin brought down communism in Soviet Union, but later he became drunk and fat, and his children are said to be corrupt businesspeople. Gorbachev and Walesa are disliked in their own countries.
