My first thought is a crazy person but I know that the real meaning is short for psychopath, someone who has no reasoning between right and wrong.

The only psycho i know off if the film written by Alfred Hitchcock as there is no meaning other than that as it is the beginning of many words connected the mind which is psychological

Psycho comes from the Greek word Psychi (ΨΥΧÎ) which means SOUL.So anything connected with soul.

a psycho is someone who has a psychological problem. like me i've got the psychological problem that i don't always follow the social norm lol not all psychos are nice such as psychopaths that kill for fun

short for psychotic.....in slang refers to a mental state that is dangerous and chaotic and unstable...in real terms...it is urecongnised, closest is psychosis...but there are many forms of this...but basically refers to a state of mind that has an ultered perception on reality....resluting in behavoir that is inappropriate to the environment.
