Everyone that bought the game has probably entered it in EAs system...you can't use it twice.

Consider that to a company, you're told from step one to have a CD key, and you're responsible for it regardless of circumstance. To the company there's no difference in the argument of your losing your case with your key on it and you stealing the software from some online source and then asking for a key, there's no difference. So they won't give you one, nor should anybody here, as it's illegal and very immoral to cheat the system. What it boils down to is "Is it a good enough game that I'd buy again just for a key?"

It's against EA's policy to give out serial numbers publicly. You're only legal(!) possibility would be to contact EA and send your CD in, and that will probably send you a new case with a serial number.
