The church and most Catholics believe drug use in general is wrong (though this is generally ignored when it comes to alcohol, regardless of whether it is legal for the person drinking it). There really aren't specific views toward drug testing, but the background belief would imply that it's OK. Most Catholic schools don't do drug testing, either for street drugs or for performance-enhancing drugs for athletes. The reason isn't that the schools are particularly against doing the testing, but rather that it's a cost they really can't afford.
