Congratulations, when ever worry about pregnancy you should see a doctor, but for now it may be just your uterus stretching it feels like a stitch but it should come and go not stay for long periods of time. Your boobs will be filling and preparing to breastfeed, its very normal to fill at certain tI'mes of the day, I personally fill one boob at a time and so it feels like im always filling.
See your doctor to be sure but it should all be normal during pregnancy you get all sorts of weird feelings and you can be very scared, its all apart of pregnancy, buy a journal and wright down all your feeling, all the weird feelings good bad, everything. You will forget very quickly and its wonderful to be able to look back at what you felt and how you coped. Good luck and I wish you all the very best, hope this has helped.

Hi,
Im 19 weeks pregnant (1st pregnancy), and I've felt the pulling pains as well..I was told that this is normal as the uterus is stretching to accommodate the baby. As long as it is tolerable, I think you should be okay.
As for the pains in your breasts, I experienced that as well but only a few times and not specifically in the mornings. Mine sometimes started in the morning and continued throughout the day. And sometimes I felt it during the day which lasted a few hours and that's it.
Pregnancy is an individual thing. So the hurting in your breasts may only happen to a few and in many different ways and times.
However, if you are still concerned, then it is best to consult your doctor.
Hope that helps.

At 12 weeks the pregnancy is just starting to move out of the pelvis, so stretching type feelings and cramps are common.
Your boobs will still be growing, so that's why they hurt a bit.
If any of the pain gets bad, see a doctor. Otherwise, don't worry. It's just your body adapting.

Sweetie you are fine I'm 19 weeks and I go thru the same things at 15 weeks I went to the e.r. for nothing because I was having these pains also. Its just your body adjusting to the change of the baby growing inside of you. Its o.k. take it to be a beautiful thing because you are hurting your child worrying about simple stuff its o.k. I go to the doctor if I breath wrong trust me you are fine.

I'm sure your ok. Its just that your body is going through an adjustment. Everything inside is growing and expanding to make room for the baby. Your already 12 wks, so give yourself another few weeks and you'll be feeling alot better.

The boob hurting only in the morning thing is just individula to you and the movements you are feeling could be completely normal but if you are worried any way, just get yourself to the doctor today. Don't panic but it's best to be safe and they wont mind. Congratulations xxx

hi hun congrats..... i am 14 weeks pregnant with my third baby and i had the same concerns i still get these pains(more like discomfort) down that area i asked my doctor and he told me its usually your uterus stretching and growing (dont forget this little baby is going to get bigger)so expect a few more of these signs and pains ....as you get bigger and your uterus grows your muscles and ligaments get softer to enable your body to prepare its self for the coming birth you will probably find you get alot of backaches as well but at the end of the day all the aches and pains are well worth it at the end of the 9 months.......i hope all goes well hun good luck xxx

the pain your feeling is probably the lateral abdominal muscles moving apart to accomodate your growing uterus but if yu have any concerns it never hurts to ask your dr or midwife. aching boobs is just one of the many trials of pregnancy im afraid if theyre really sore try a hot/cold compress
